Gammans is a 2nd generation family owned and operated business which has been supplying premium growing media and landscape barks and mulches for many decades to the local market and across the Central North Island

Russell and Jackie Gamman began the business in 1964 growing citrus, fejoa and kiwifruit plants for local and export markets. Diversifying in 1975 to manufacturing their own potting mixes and growing media. Then in the early 1980's along with their two sons they began processing Pinus Radiata Bark into different grades of bark and mulches you see today. 

Kerry Gamman the eldest son owns and runs the business along with his wife Naomi and their children Jordan and Savannah.

Gammans has continued to grow over the years offering a diverse range of products to meet customers needs.
